7-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • All seals, tags, and labels must be intact
  • Product should not show any signs of use or damage
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: Opened beauty products, personal care items, sale/clearance items, and promotional bundles.

Refund Process

Process: 1) Initiate return request within 7 days, 2) Approval and pickup arranged, 3) Quality check by our team, 4) Refund processed within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Replacement arranged at no extra cost.

Refunds can be processed to: Original payment method, Store credit, or Bank transfer.
